Blood Snap has made the century. The free personal diary listed on both stores as Blood Pressure & Glucose Chart has passed 100+ downloads on the Apple App Store and Google Play. That is 88 total installs on Play plus 20 first-time downloads on the App Store: 108 combined. Thank you to the first 100 users who installed it, logged a home reading, and trusted a small diary with numbers that matter at a clinic visit.

Blood Snap is a personal wellness diary for blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight. It is not a medical device, blood pressure machine, glucometer, or continuous glucose monitor. You measure with the home monitor your clinician recommends. Blood Snap stores the numbers you type, speak, or confirm after a snap.

The numbers: 88 on Google Play, 20 on the App Store

In Google Play Console, cumulative total installs reached 88 for the window from September 27 to October 24, 2026, with 18 new installs in that stretch. On App Store Connect, first-time downloads sat at 20. Together that is 108 downloads — the public story we tell as 100+.

Earlier we celebrated 50+ Google Play downloads and then 90+ downloads across both stores. Crossing 100 means more caregivers and adults checking blood pressure or blood sugar at home are finding one diary for those numbers. We are grateful.

Thank you to the first 100 users

The first hundred installs are not a crowd. They are people who tried a new diary when the listing was still quiet: a daughter helping a parent with a morning cuff, someone switching from a paper glucose book, a caregiver who wanted both pressures and a sugar reading in one place before a doctor visit.

If you were one of those first 100 users — on iPhone, iPad, or Android — thank you. Thank you for installing Blood Pressure & Glucose Chart, for confirming a snap before you saved it, for leaving a note when something felt clumsy, and for staying with a diary that was built for one father and then opened to anyone who logs at home. Your feedback is why later builds added Apple Health, Health Connect, medicine label scan, and calmer charts. The century belongs to you.

  • Thank you for logging a home blood pressure reading and keeping the series going.
  • Thank you for tagging fasting blood sugar and blood sugar after eating so the log has context.
  • Thank you for sharing Blood Snap with a parent, partner, or clinic notebook that needed a cleaner page.
  • Thank you for telling us what to fix. A small app only gets better when the first users speak up.

A free blood pressure tracker app on both stores

People searching for a blood pressure tracker app usually already own a cuff. They need a place for systolic, diastolic, and pulse — not another machine. Blood Snap is that place, and it stays a blood pressure tracker app free to download. Ads support the free tier. Optional Blood Snap Pro removes ads. Charts, history, and export are not locked behind the subscription.

The same diary is also a blood pressure diary app and a blood pressure log app: date, time, both pressures, pulse, and a short note you choose to add. If you want the longer buying guide, read free blood pressure tracker app with charts and PDF export, or start on the blood pressure tracker app page. For the habit itself, see how to keep a blood pressure diary and a printable blood pressure diary versus the app.

A blood sugar tracker and glucose tracker app in the same diary

Many of the first users were not tracking pressure alone. They wanted a blood sugar tracker app next to the cuff log: fasting, after eating, and the unit they already use. Blood Snap stores glucose in mmol/L or mg/dL in the same history as blood pressure and weight.

It is a glucose tracker app for fingerstick logs you already took on a home meter. It does not read a sensor, pair over Bluetooth, or replace a glucometer. Details live on the blood sugar tracker app page and in glucose tracker app: a home log in mmol/L or mg/dL.

Listed as Blood Pressure & Glucose Chart

Search the stores for Blood Pressure & Glucose Chart. That is the listing title on the App Store and on Google Play. The name in the app and on this site is Blood Snap. One diary, two store pages, the same job: keep a home blood pressure and glucose chart of numbers you confirmed.

Install steps also live in Download Blood Snap on iOS and Android.

How the first users log a home reading

Three ways in, one confirm step. Nothing saves until the digits match the monitor in your hand.

  • Type systolic and diastolic blood pressure, pulse, glucose (mmol/L or mg/dL), and weight.
  • Speak a blood pressure reading or blood sugar level, then review the transcript before save.
  • Snap a photo of a home blood pressure monitor, cuff, glucometer, or scale. On-device reading comes first. Optional AI can suggest values when a screen is hard to read. You still confirm every digit. Not Bluetooth, and not guaranteed on every font or model.
  • Tag fasting blood sugar versus blood sugar after eating so a later chart has meal context.

Step-by-step: snap and voice log blood pressure. The full list of what the diary includes is on features.

Charts, PDF export, reminders, and Health sync

Insights shows 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day blood pressure charts and glucose trends of numbers you logged — averages, minimum, and maximum. The app does not label a reading “normal” or “high.” From History you can export PDF or CSV for your own records. A clinic-ready habit is described in how to export blood pressure readings for your doctor.

Blood Snap 2.0 is what current installs get:

  • Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, off until you turn sync on.
  • CSV import and export, plus an Apple Health file import for an older dump you choose to bring in.
  • AI medicine label scan to suggest a pill name and dose, which you review before save, next to pill reminders and medicine reminders beside the BP and sugar log.
  • Weight in the same diary, so a home check is not split across three notebooks.

Core logging stays free. Optional Blood Snap Pro is a subscription on the App Store or Google Play that removes ads. We use subscription status only to turn ads off. Camera and voice flows do not show ads on the free tier either.

What Blood Snap cannot do

  • It does not diagnose, treat, or replace your doctor.
  • It is not a blood pressure cuff, glucometer, CGM, or Bluetooth pairing app for meters.
  • OCR and voice suggestions can miss unusual screens — always confirm digits and medicine fields.
  • Charts describe numbers you entered or confirmed. They are not a “normal range” label.
  • Health sync needs your permission. A file import needs a readable export you choose to upload.

Download on the App Store and Google Play

If you want a simple blood pressure log and glucose chart in one free diary, Blood Snap is on both stores:

To everyone who already downloaded: thank you again. One hundred people is a small room, and it is the room this diary was written for. We will keep polishing logging, charts, and export. Always confirm snap and voice numbers against your monitor. Always seek your doctor's advice.
