1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using BloodSnap (the “App”) or visiting bloodsnap.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.
2. Not medical advice
BloodSnap is a wellness tracking tool — not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, medication, or treatment plan based on readings you log in the app.
Do not use BloodSnap in an emergency. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
3. Use of the app
You may use BloodSnap for personal, non-commercial health tracking. You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use the App to collect data on others without their consent
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or other users' data
4. Pro subscription
BloodSnap Pro is a paid subscription available monthly ($0.99/month) or annually ($9.99/year). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are governed by the respective store's refund policy.
5. Your data
You own your health data. We do not claim any rights over readings, notes, or exports you create. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the App and Site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloodSnap and its developer (Muhammad Haseeb) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
