Delete your account & data
How to permanently remove your Blood Snap account and cloud data.
In the app (recommended)
- Open Blood Snap and go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Review what will be removed
- Type DELETE to confirm
This permanently deletes your Firebase account data (readings, medicine schedules, and settings) and signs you out. If you signed in with Google or Apple, you may need to sign in again to confirm deletion.
What is deleted
- All blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight readings
- Medicine schedules and dose history
- Reminder and notification preferences
- Your profile and cloud-synced data
If you never signed in
Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear app storage in your phone settings. No cloud account exists to delete.
Cannot access the app?
Email hello@bloodsnap.com from the address linked to your account with the subject Account deletion request. We aim to process requests within 7 business days.
